On November 18, Russian troops attacked Odessa with rockets. According to preliminary data, there are dead and wounded.

Oleh Kiper, the head of Odesa RMA, announced this.

«Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on Odessa. There are victims and wounded. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, was damaged,» he wrote.

At the same time, the Odesa City Council reports that children in educational institutions were sheltered.

«According to the heads of educational institutions, where children are in regular groups, the pupils were in shelters during the shelling. Educators are with them,» the press service of the mayor's office reports.

Later, ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets wrote about the consequences of the explosion.

«Another missile attack by the Russians once again fell on residential buildings. It is already known about the dead and wounded. I express my sincere condolences to the relatives,» he wrote.

As of 13:03, it became known about eight dead.

«The enemy insidiously directed a rocket at a residential building, an area of business activity. So far, it is already known about 8 dead people, people were just going about their business. Necessary medical assistance is provided to the victims,» wrote the mayor of the city, Hennadii Trukhanov.

Later, Oleh Kiper, the head of Odesa RMA, reported 8 dead and 18 wounded.

«Preliminarily, as a result of the Russian attack, 8 people were killed and 18 were injured. One child is among the victims,» he wrote.

Earlier it was reported that since the morning of November 17, Russian troops attacked Odesa. As a result of the shelling, two people were killed, and a 17-year-old boy was also injured. Currently, there are interruptions in the supply of heat, water and electricity in the region.
