Four people injured in Kherson due to Russian shelling

Today, on 5 January, Russian forces shelled Kherson using unmanned aerial vehicles. The attacks in the Dniprovskyi and Korabelnyi districts of the city resulted in four people being injured, including three men and one woman.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
In the morning, Russian troops attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with unmanned aerial vehicles.
«At approximately 9:30 a.m., Russian troops attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a UAV. Two men, aged 65 and 67, came under enemy attack. They sustained mine-blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to their legs. The victims were taken to hospital, where they are being provided with all the necessary assistance», the statement said.
Later, a 56-year-old woman came under attack and sustained blast and traumatic brain injuries, and another resident of Kherson, aged 49, sustained mine-blast trauma and concussion.
«A 56-year-old woman came under hostile attack in the Korabelnyi district. She sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion and a shrapnel wound to her shoulder.» The «emergency team took the victim to hospital. She is currently receiving medical care. Also, a 49-year-old resident of Kherson, who was injured in the shelling around 10:00, turned to the hospital on his own. He was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma and contusion. Doctors are examining the victim», added in the RMA.
As a reminder, yesterday, on 4 January, and in the morning of 5 January, Russian troops once again fired at the Kutsurub community with FPV drones and artillery. There were no casualties.
