Consequences of the Russian missile attack on Mykolaiv/ Archive photo of «Nikvesti"On the night of August 7, 14 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles of the «Shahed 131/136» type were shot down in the sky over the Mykolaiv region.
This was announced by the head of Mykolaiv RMA Vitalii Kim.
«As a result of combat work and falling debris, two dry grass fires broke out in open areas in the Mykolaiv and Bashtanka districts, which were promptly extinguished by firefighters. There are no casualties,» the message reads.
In addition, on the evening of August 6 and the morning of August 7, the Russian military attacked Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities with FPV drones.
«On the evening of August 6, at 8:40 p.m., the enemy attacked the water area of the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. There are no casualties. On the morning of August 7, at 07:15, the enemy directed an FPV drone towards the town of Ochakiv, Ochakiv community. As a result, a dry grass fire broke out in the open area. Liquidation measures are being taken. There are no casualties,» RMA reported.
We will remind, as a result of the Russian shelling of the Mykolaiv region on Monday, August 5 , houses, a recreation center and a hospital were damaged. The attack caused fires.
