Reconstruction of a building for housing for doctors in Odesa region: the project has already been ordered

In the city of Bolhrad, Odesa region, they plan to reconstruct a residential building for the accommodation of medical workers there. Currently, work on the development of project documentation is ongoing.

This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti writes.

The cost of the project was estimated at 834.6 thousand hryvnias. The customer is the municipal non-profit enterprise «Bolgrad Central District Hospital» of the city council.

It is assumed that medical workers will live in the reconstructed building, in particular, those who have the status of an immigrant.

According to the tender documentation, the contractor must develop the project by December 20, 2024, in particular: conduct engineering and geodetic surveys, survey measurements, create a working project with the calculation of engineering and technical measures and energy efficiency.

The documentation must contain information on internal redevelopment, access to the building for people with reduced mobility, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, electricity and sewage, as well as landscaping — paths, a quiet recreation area and a place for parking cars.

The hospital has already concluded a direct contract for the development of the building reconstruction project with the company «Arch Build Group». It has been working on the market for almost 7 years, and the main direction of work is activity in the field of architecture, according to the data of the UouControl analytical system. The company is registered in Odesa.

It is worth noting that we are talking about the so-called «medical dormitory», which began to be reconstructed as housing for medical workers back in 2018, reports the Bessarabian publication Mahala. At that time, 380,000 hryvnias were allocated from the district budget for the construction of the project, and the reconstruction itself was supposed to take place for 5.5 million hryvnias from the regional budget. But the work was not finished. The funds were used only partially. Construction stopped due to problems with project documentation and because the contractor did not settle with the subcontractor.

Funds for the development of a new estimate were allocated during the session of the city council in October 2024.
