This was stated by the Deputy Director of the Housing and Utilities Department of the City Council, Ihor Nabatov, during a specialized commission of the City Council on December 16, writes NikVesti.
«What are we focusing on? If we talk about next year's budget, the main emphasis will definitely be on restoring housing that was damaged as a result of armed aggression,» said Ihor Nabatov.
