Residents of the Mykolaiv region received 353 certificates for the total amount of 461 million hryvnias under the «eVidnovlennia» program.
Svitlana Hryhorieva, acting director of the Department of Architecture of the Mykolaiv University of Applied Sciences, told about this at the briefing, NikVesti writes.
It should be noted that at the beginning of 2023, 317 residents of the region received certificates. Thus, since the beginning of the year, certificates have been issued to 37 more people whose homes were destroyed by Russia.
Also, Svitlana Grigoryeva said that 3,183 people received compensation for damaged property in the Mykolaiv region, which is 52% of the total number of applicants.
«We received 6,098 applications. To date, 3,186 of them have already received compensation for the restoration of their housing,» said the woman.

«eVidnovlennia» in Mykolaiv Oblast
Mykolaiv Oblast became one of the leading regions, where the most applications were submitted under the «eVidnovlennia» program. However, as of June 2023, the region had the lowest rates of consideration of these applications. Therefore, the Ministry of Reconstruction called on the Mykolaiv commissions to speed up their processing: «This depends on the ability of the owners to receive assistance in the shortest possible time for the restoration of housing before the autumn and winter cold.»
Subsequently, in January 2024, Mykolaiv Oblast became one of the five regions that are leaders in terms of the number of compensations received for damaged property under the «eVidnovlennia» program, the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine reported.
Work is currently underway to pay out funds for damaged housing as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovska HPP in the affected communities — Snihurivka and Horokhivka. However, it is not yet known how many people received the money and what the amount is.
A total of 30 commissions for the restoration of housing damaged during a full-scale invasion are already working in the region under the «eVidnovlennia» program.
