Borys Leonidovych Dudenko is a Ukrainian manager who was General Director of the municipal enterprise Mykolaivvodokanal from 2015 to 2026. He was born in Mykolaiv in 1973 and graduated from Odesa State Economic University in 1995 with a degree in Enterprise Economics.

As head of the water utility he was responsible for Mykolaiv's water supply and sewerage, including plans for a new water main and treatment plant, new networks in Korabelnyi district and the replacement of the sewer under the Shtrasse market. In January 2026 Hennadii Iziumov was appointed General Director of Mykolaivvodokanal.
