former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine

Andrii Yermak is a Ukrainian politician who headed the Office of the President of Ukraine from February 2020 to November 2025. On 28 November 2025, while NABU and SAP were searching his home, he resigned, and the next day said he was going to the front. In May 2026 Yermak was notified of suspicion of involvement in a group that, according to investigators, laundered illegally obtained money; he called it «public pressure» on law enforcement. The High Anti-Corruption Court set bail at ₴140 million, which was paid within days. In August 2026 the court allowed him to travel to frontline regions, including Mykolaiv Oblast, and in September removed his electronic bracelet over health problems.

MykVisti covers his statements on the war and peace talks, the criminal case and how Mykolaiv officials reacted to his dismissal.
