Mykhailo Albertovych Fedorov (born January 21, 1991, Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and public official. Since August 29, 2019, he has held the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science, and Technology Development — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
He graduated from Zaporizhzhia National University with a degree in Sociology. He founded SMMSTUDIO, a company specializing in internet marketing. In 2019, he led the digital strategy for Volodymyr Zelensky's presidential campaign.
Achievements as Minister of Digital Transformation:
Development and implementation of the "Diia" app, integrating electronic documents and government services.
Transition of government services to an online format, greatly simplifying access for citizens.
Initiatives to support Ukrainian startups and promote IT sector growth.
Fedorov is the youngest minister in Ukraine's government history. He actively promotes the idea of a "state in a smartphone," aiming to make all government services accessible online.
