On the second attempt, Pervomaysk deputies agreed to purchase equipment for boiler houses for ₴12 million

Deputies of the Pervomaiska City Council, on the second attempt, agreed to purchase equipment for electric boilers for 12 million hryvnias.

The corresponding decision was made on Monday, October 16, at a meeting of the extraordinary session.

Earlier it was reported that the deputies of the Pervomaysk City Council were offered to give permission to the management of communal property and land relations for the purchase of equipment for boiler houses worth 12 million 100 thousand hryvnias. This equipment should be purchased through Prozorro from «Komunservis Teplo» LLC.

At the previous session, the deputies did not agree on this issue. However, at the next meeting, the decision was supported by a majority of votes. As reported by the local publication «Gard.City», the deputies presided over the following draft decisions:

• On granting permission to the management of communal property and land relations of the Pervomayska City Council for the purchase of individually determined property: the equipment and equipment of block-modular and electric boiler houses.
• About free transfer of equipment and equipment of block-modular and electric boiler houses and consolidation of property in operational management.
• On making changes to the budget of the Pervomaysk city territorial community for 2023.

In order to collect the required amount, changes were made to the budget. The draft decision states that 5 million hryvnias have been allocated to the municipal property and land relations department of the city council for the purchase of electrical installations and funds have been redistributed from other areas.

We will remind you that in Pervomaysk, for the second time, the unprofitable water utility was liquidated and a new utility company was created with a charter capital of 15 million hryvnias.
