The Housing and Communal Services Department of the Mykolaiv City Council has re-announced a tender for the repair of a house on Kosmonavtiv Street, 142-B, which was damaged during Russian shelling.
This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti writes.
The expected cost of the works is 3 million 433 thousand 426 hryvnias. Until December 8, potential participants can submit their proposals.
Last time, the auction had to be canceled due to the fact that the participant of the procurement procedure did not provide the security of the tender offer, which was required by the customer.
Repair work must be completed by May 5, 2024. In particular, the contractor must dismantle windows and doors, repair walls and ceilings, install new windows and doors, install a ramp, and make new lighting.
The conditions also state that the contractor must put up road markings, pave the sidewalks with tiles, and repair the stairs.
We will remind that 40 million hryvnias were allocated from the Mykolaiv budget this year for the restoration of high-rise buildings damaged as a result of Russian shelling.
The first high-rise building damaged by shelling in Mykolaiv began to be restored at the expense of the city budget in July 2023. We are talking about a house on Krylov, which was hit by a Russian missile in the summer of 2022.

The city council also supported the allocation of funds from the budget of Mykolaiv for the technical inspection of private houses affected by the war.
