People's deputy of Ukraine from the Mykolaiv Oblast Oleksandr Pasichnyi believes that the Mykolaiv Oblast needs more attention from the authorities.
He announced this on his Facebook page.
«I have repeatedly noted that Mykolaiv Oblast is one of the most damaged regions of the country and is still close to the front. Therefore, in my opinion, it needs more attention from the authorities. At the beginning of the invasion, almost all institutions of both communal ownership and business gave their transport to the needs of the army, many enterprises were relocated or lost their capacity due to shelling,» Oleksandr Pasichnyi wrote.
He explained that this is why, in 2024, the states are implementing a number of programs to support and restore the Mykolaiv region. As an example, the People's Deputy cited subventions for the provision of shelters, the purchase of school buses, and the modernization of food blocks. 2.5 billion hryvnias were allocated in the budget this year only for the repair or construction of shelters in schools, of which more than 235 million hryvnias were allocated for the Mykolaiv Oblast.
«I know that a number of institutions have already used these funds and started work, and 12 school buses out of 25 are already in the communities,» said the People's Deputy.
He also reminded that the region has a subvention to support the veteran's assistant institute. According to Oleksandr Pasichnyi, this project, because the number of veterans is growing, and the state should help them adapt to a new life not at the front.
He also noted that the budget provides 135 million hryvnias for the provision of safe conditions in three health care facilities of the Mykolaiv region. Also, the state budget provides funds for balancing budgets until 2021.
«This is to a certain extent the support of the communities that had a significant percentage of the military's personal income tax budget. During visits to communities, I pay special attention to this, and all of them receive funds quarterly. In other words, we are moving in the direction of recovery with small steps, but it is a long process,» Oleksandr Pasichnyi wrote.
