Foreigners have founded more than 2,600 companies in Ukraine since the beginning of the war

2,652 companies have been established by foreigners in Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion. Citizens of more than 100 countries of the world started business during the war in Ukraine.

The main countries whose citizens started business in Ukraine are Turkey, Uzbekistan, Poland and the United States.
The largest number of companies were opened by citizens of Turkey — 354 companies. This is 13% of the total number of new businesses with foreign beneficial owners. Citizens of Uzbekistan are in second place with 274 companies, which is 10% of the total. Citizens of Poland complete the top 3 with 193 companies and 7% of the total number of foreign-owned companies opened after 2022.
Also among the business owners in Ukraine are representatives of the USA, Kazakhstan, Germany, Azerbaijan and Israel.
The largest of these companies is «TENS1MA» LLC with a charter capital of 1.28 billion hryvnias, the owner of which is a citizen of Armenia.
In second place is JSC «Closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund «Yugen» with a charter capital of UAH 700 million, the ultimate owner of which is a US citizen.
The third place is occupied by LLC «LFS» with a charter capital of UAH 300 million, the owner of which is a citizen of Poland.
