Kyivteploenergo, the capital's utility company, plans to purchase 15 sets of cogeneration units that will produce electricity and heat for the capital's needs for 1.262 billion hryvnias.
This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti writes.
For 1 billion 262 million 401 thousand 668 hryvnias, the company intends to purchase nine sets of cogeneration plants with a capacity of 4,500 kW and five sets of plants with a capacity of 3,333 kW.
The tender was announced on May 30, and the deadline for submission of proposals is set for June 7. That is, applicants for participation in the bidding had only six working days for clarification, preparation of technical documentation and creation of their proposals. Because of this, in the comments to the procurement procedure, potential participants complained about the too short period of preparation of documents, which may be a sign of a pre-selected supplier. The start of the auction is scheduled for June 10.
Installations must be installed by December 31, 2025.
We would like to remind you that in order to provide citizens and businesses with alternative energy sources, the Cabinet of Ministers plans to abolish import duty and VAT on all energy equipment.
