On the night of July 6, Russian troops attacked the energy infrastructure of the Sumy region with Shahed drones.

This was reported in the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

Because of this, they added, electricity was cut off in several districts of the region.

RMA reported that emergency repair services are working to restore power, and the consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified.

We will remind you that on July 5, the forces and means of air defense destroyed the Kh-59 guided air missile and the reconnaissance UAV over the Mykolaiv region.

At the same time, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 24 out of 27 Shahed drones in the Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, and Kirovohrad regions.
