Mykolaiv Recovery and Development Office received 100,000 euros for the installation of solar power plants in city hospital No. 1.

On August 1, the city council signed the corresponding memorandum with the German Society for International Cooperation and the Public Organization «School of Energy Efficiency», the Mykolaiv Development Agency reports.

They added that 5.5 thousand euros from the city budget will also be spent on the implementation of this project. The installation of a solar power plant, the Agency says, will significantly reduce the utility's electricity costs and ensure uninterrupted operation of the hospital even during power outages.

«This will reduce the load on the general electrical network and increase the energy sustainability of the facility,» they added.

We will remind you that the Department of Capital Construction of Mykolaiv has announced a tender for the repair of the diagnostic department of the Mykolaiv City Hospital №1.
