Mykolaiv received two ambulances as part of cooperation with the German twin city of Hanover.

This was announced by the mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Sienkevych.

According to him, a car for the transportation of patients, as well as an ambulance, were handed over to the Emergency Care Hospital.

Oleksandr Demianov, director of the Mykolaiv Emergency Hospital, noted that these cars will primarily be used to provide assistance to victims of Russian aggression.

Money for the purchase of cars was collected as part of the SaveLifeUkraine campaign, which took place in Hanover this year. Parishioners of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church from this German city joined its organization. As Maria, a resident of Hanover, said, all funds were donated by the Rotary Club.

Recently, on May 15, Ukraine received 40 ambulances from the Korean Red Cross.
