A meat seller from the Mykolaiv market will pay a fine of ₴8.5 thousand for a «false» medical book

The Central District Court of Mykolaiv imposed a fine of 8,500 hryvnias on a meat seller from the Yuliana market for purchasing a forged medical record.

This is evidenced by the relevant decision of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

It is noted that in April of this year, the cashier from the «Fresh Meat» store bought a fake medical book for 200 hryvnias from a person not identified by the court, which was allegedly issued by the Center for Primary Health Care No. 6.

In September, someone reported to the police that the woman was selling meat without relevant documents. During the inspection, it was found that her medical record was forged.

As a result, the court found her guilty and imposed a fine of 8.5 thousand hryvnias. The woman must also pay 2,390 hryvnias to the state for the examinations.

We remind you that earlier the Lenin court fined 850 hryvnias to a man from Mykolaiv who drunkenly shot another person with a revolver.
