On February 11, in front of the checkpoint Yahodyn — Dorohusk, where the traffic of trucks has been blocked for the third day, Polish farmers dumped part of the grain from three Ukrainian trucks.

According to the Polish publication RFM 24, the case is being investigated by the police.

A video from the scene of the incident appeared on the farmer.pl Facebook page.

It is known that the participants of the protest stopped three Ukrainian trucks and dumped grain on the road. It happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. on state road No. 12 to the border crossing in Dorohusk.

«After registration, three trucks driven by citizens of Ukraine entered Poland. The protestors did not let the transport go any further, and at one point they opened the trailers, due to which part of the grain spilled onto the road. The drivers turned back in the direction of Ukraine,» Eva Chyzh, police commissioner in Helm, told the Polish media.

She added that there was no violent confrontation during these events. The police emphasized that they are investigating the details of the incident and removing evidence. Later, they promise to send the materials to the prosecutor's office.

«We are conducting an investigation, establishing the identities of the people who took part in this, and interviewing witnesses,» told Eva Chyzh.

At the same time, the Polish law enforcement officers noted that the Ukrainians did not report the protesters to the police.

The Polish portal farmer.pl reported that the farmers took samples of the spilled grain and allegedly had to submit them for testing for the content of prohibited substances.

The portal also added that against the background of the actions of the Polish protesters, Ukrainian drivers are beginning to express dissatisfaction — several dozen Ukrainians tried to break through the blockade of the Poles. The situation at the checkpoint remains tense.

We will remind you that Polish carriers blocked the road in the direction at the checkpoints Medyka — Shehyni», Hrebenne — Rava-Ruska and Yahodyn — Dorohusk.

On February 7, Polish farmers announced strikes at at least one checkpoint on the border with Ukraine. We are talking about the checkpoint Yahodyn — Dorohusk. They promised the passage of all buses and 1 cargo vehicle in both directions within an hour.

Earlier it was reported that the excessive import of agricultural products from Ukraine could provoke a new crisis in the countries of the European Union.
