Servicemen of the 19th Mykolaiv Regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine showed how they undergo training before the rotation to the Donetsk direction.
As the press service of the military unit notes, training includes overcoming a psychological obstacle course, which helps to strengthen physical endurance and develop the necessary mental skills.
«The psychological obstacle course is an important element of the training of military personnel, which allows not only to strengthen physical endurance, but also to develop the necessary mental skills. One of the key aspects of the trial is to help with stress. During training, under the guidance of psychologists, National Guardsmen learn to adapt to conditions of increased tension, which contributes to the development of self-control and quick decision-making in critical situations,» the message reads.
«This is a real test not only for the body, but also for the mind. Each stage forces you to work at the limit of possibilities, when it seems that you no longer have the strength to move on, but you still go forward. The hardest part is stress and unpredictability. You never know what's around the next corner, and that's what teaches you to stay focused and calm. And when you go through it, you understand: if you managed it here, it means that you will be able to withstand real challenges on the battlefield,» Serhii, a soldier of the regiment, shares his impressions.
After completing the tests, the military goes through the debriefing stage, where together with psychologists they analyze their actions, discuss mistakes and ways to overcome them in the future.
«We create such conditions where they achieve more than they could have imagined — this is a test not only with external obstacles, but also with their own fears and limitations,» shares the head of the psychological assistance department.
As a reminder, conscripted men will have three days to collect the summons from the post office. Otherwise, they will face a fine. Post office employees must personally hand deliver letters. If the recipient is not at home, he is informed that a summons is waiting for him at the post office, and from that moment the conscript has three working days to pick it up.
