Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 581 children have died, and 1,649 children have been injured of various degrees of severity.

This was reported in the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.

Thus, according to juvenile prosecutors, a total of 2,230 children were affected. Most of all in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kyiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Juvenile prosecutors noted. that on October 21-22 this year, new victims appeared, among them a 15-year-old girl who was injured in the village of Buzke, Mykolaiv region.

We will remind that as of January 1, 2024, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russian Federation has killed 514 Ukrainian children.

Also, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine previously reported that approximately four thousand adopted children ended up in the temporarily occupied territory or were deported to the territory of the Russian Federation.
