In Mykolaiv, residents of a building on Kosmonavtiv Street, 68-A complained about the lack of heat in some of the apartments, despite the beginning of the heating season.

With such a complaint, a local resident turned to the editors of NikVesti.

According to the woman, in the first days of the heating season, heating appeared only in part of their house. Residents turned to Mykolaiv CHP, but there they assured that heat was supplied to the whole house and there were no problems on their part.

It should be noted that the building belongs to the communal housing and operating enterprise of the Mykolaiv City Council Zoria. When the locals turned to municipal engineering, it turned out that they had to drain the water in the batteries on the upper floor of the house and let the heat down.

«But the municipal engineering told us that this is not their problem and that we should look for neighbors from the ninth floor to drain the water from the batteries. But they know very well that no one lives in that apartment — the owner has died, and there is no access to the apartment. The CHP also refused to help. They only offered to record the fact that the apartment is cold,» the woman said.

At the same time, according to the resident, despite the lack of heat, heating bills continue.

«Municipal engineering refuses to draw up a certificate stating that the entire entrance was left without heating. They say that this is our problem and we have to find the owners of the apartment,» the woman added.

At the same time, municipal engineering, commenting on the situation, explained that they know about the problem. The master was already there. However, they refused to explain why it was not possible to solve the problem immediately.

Also, the representative of the enterprise noted that the residents of the building should contact the institution directly to resolve the issue.

«Residents of this building should come to municipal engineering and resolve this issue here. We can't help remotely,» they replied.
