Russia struck a residential building in Odesa

Tonight, November 14, the Russian army struck a residential building in Odesa.

This was announced by the head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak.

«Putin just likes to fight civilians. He does not respect anyone, an ordinary, sick-headed terrorist,» he added.

Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, also reacted to the attack on a residential building in Odesa:

«The Russian Federation once again shows its intentions to carry out terrorist attacks contrary to international humanitarian law and any laws. The Russian Federation once again demonstrates its complete impunity. As long as the civilized world is afraid of decisive action, terror continues.»

Later, it became known that the main heat supply pipeline was damaged as a result of the Russian attack. As the mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, reported, the operation of one of the city's boiler plants was forced to stop due to this.
