The number of people injured in the shelling of Kharkiv in the morning of November 25 has increased to 23 people.
This was reported by the police of the Kharkiv region.
It is noted that after the impact, a fire broke out on an area of about 80 square meters. It has already been extinguished. 23 people aged from 21 to 71 were injured. 16 victims were sent to the hospital.
«The investigative and operative group, criminalists and explosives technicians quickly went to the scene of the incident. According to the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,» the message reads.
We will remind that three cars and the facade of a two-story non-residential building were on fire due to shelling of the city on November 25, and the windows of the houses were damaged.
