Night-time shelling of Mykolaiv: utility workers are clearing up the aftermath of the attack

As of 11 am on 20 April, municipal services are working to clear up the aftermath of the night-time Shahed drones strike on Mykolaiv.

A correspondent for NikVesti reports from the scene.

At present, workers from the ME «Pilot» are dealing with the aftermath in the residential sector: they are boarding up windows and beginning roof repairs, according to Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych. Workers from «ELU Avtodorig» are clearing the area, and the district administration is also on site.

As a reminder, on the night of 20 April, civilian infrastructure in Mykolaiv was damaged as a result of an enemy drone attack. The attack and falling debris temporarily cut off power to some consumers. One apartment block, 15 private houses in two districts of the city, a car, tram tracks and a power line were damaged. There were no casualties.
