Despite Russia's attack on energy facilities, there will be no total blackout in Ukraine.

«Unfortunately, there is no doubt that they (Russian strikes, — note) will continue. Undoubtedly, the left-bank part of Ukraine is more vulnerable for a number of reasons. Now a lot of experts have appeared, and everyone knows that that's it, tomorrow there will be a blackout and there will be a total disaster. It's all lies and lies. There will be no total blackout in the country,» Herman Halushchenko assured.

However, according to him, you need to prepare for different scenarios.

«Of course, it is better to be ready for the development of any scenarios. But we and energy workers are doing everything to ensure that these scenarios never materialize. And as the experience of the last calendar year shows, we kept our words,» he said.

Earlier it was reported that energy experts do not rule out the introduction of hourly blackout schedules in Ukraine. In general, energy experts determined four conditions under which hourly schedules can be introduced throughout the territory of Ukraine.
