During the telethon, the authorized adviser to the President of Ukraine on children's rights and child rehabilitation, Darya Gerasimchuk, announced this.
«Sorry for my emotions. Just a few minutes ago, I received photos of our investigative agencies with dead children who were pulled from the rubble. This is a 9-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy and their mother. These children certainly did not expect their lives to end today. The entire international community should act immediately, because we are already tired of proving to everyone that air defense equipment has a price, and this is the life of our children,» she said.
We will remind that in the afternoon the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that there are people under the rubble of the hospital, the exact number of wounded and dead is currently unknown.

As of the evening of July 8, emergency and rescue work in «Okhmatdyt» continues. The impact fell on the building, where children were undergoing dialysis — blood purification in case of kidney failure.
In total, in the middle of the day, Russia hit Ukraine with 40 missiles. As of evening, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there are 32 dead and 129 injured in Ukraine, in particular in Kyiv and Kryvyi Rih.
