On Wednesday, July 24, the Russian military hit the office of the Swiss Mine Action Fund FSD, which is engaged in demining the territory of Kharkiv region, with a ballistic missile.
This was reported by the head of Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syniehubov.
It is noted that the facade and ceilings on several floors were destroyed as a result of the attack. Six cars used by the organization's medics were damaged.
Oleh Syniehubov emphasized that Kharkiv Oblast is one of the regions most polluted by explosive objects, therefore the activities of such organizations and the development of humanitarian demining are critically important for the safety of people and the functioning of the private sector.
«We are constantly working to attract as many initiatives as possible, help — everything that would speed up the cleaning of the territory. However, the Russians once again showed their real attitude towards our civilians — by firing at those who are engaged in a humanitarian mission,» Oleh Syniehubov wrote.
We will remind you that on July 23, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Voznesensk district of the Mykolayiv region. The attack took place in an open area outside the settlement. As a result of the impact, the dry grass caught fire.
