On April 19, 10,000 tons of vegetable oil in tanks were destroyed as a result of the Russian attack on agribusiness in the port of Pivdennyi in Odesa region.
Damage to the environment as a result of the missile hit amounted to more than 57 million hryvnias, according to the State Environmental Inspection of the South-Western District.
On April 19, around 3:00 p.m., a ballistic missile hit a Singaporean agro-industrial enterprise in Odesa region, which specializes in the production and transshipment of vegetable oils.
As a result, tanks for storing finished products were destroyed.
The Russians destroyed more than 10,000 tons of vegetable oil in tanks.
The vegetable oil transshipment terminal and other production equipment of the enterprise were damaged.
Eco-inspectors found that the plot of land was littered with metal fragments and combustion products with a total area of more than 500 square meters — the amount of damage is almost 37 million hryvnias.
It was also established that land plots were contaminated with vegetable oil with a total area of more than 3,000 square meters — the amount of damage is 20.2 million hryvnias.
We will remind, on the evening of October 17, 2022, after an enemy attack by drones, two tanks with unrefined oil caught fire on the territory of the enterprise in Zavodskyi district. For the first time, the occupiers «demilitarized» the oil tank at this enterprise on June 22.
