The Russians completely destroyed the Trypilska thermal power plant in the Kyiv region

As a result of a missile attack on the night of April 11, Russian troops completely destroyed the Trypil TPP in the Kyiv region.

Andrii Hota, chairman of the supervisory board of Centernergo PJSC, reported this in a comment to «Interfax-Ukraine».

According to him, as a result of the hits, there was a large-scale fire in the turbine workshop. At the moment, work is being carried out to contain the fire at the enterprise.

All workers who were on shift during the shelling are alive.

We will remind you that on the night of April 11, air defense forces and means of air defense destroyed eight UAVs of the «Shahed 131/136» type over the territory of the Mykolayiv region. In total, 21 drones were destroyed in the south during combat operations of the air defense forces: 7 — in Odesa region, 8 — in Mykolaiv region, 3 each — in Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

In general, on the night of April 11, the Russian army attacked energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, and Kyiv regions.

The Russian army also attacked two underground gas storage facilities in Ukraine.
