On the night of July 31, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a warehouse for storing weapons and military equipment near the Russian city of Kursk.

This was reported in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is noted that the composition was impressed by the forces and means of the Naval Forces in cooperation with other units of the Defense Forces. Information on the consequences of the impact is being clarified.

The Kursk authorities also announced a missile threat at night. The Acting Governor of the Kursk Oblast, Oleksii Smirnov, reported that a fire broke out at one of the facilities as a result of the attack by the Armed Forces.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, at night, the Russian air defense system allegedly shot down 11 drones over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Kaluga, and Rostov regions, as well as over the temporarily occupied Crimea. In the Kursk region, it is also reported that the Neptune missile was allegedly shot down.

We will remind that on the night of July 31, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with an Kh-59 air missile and 89 Shahed 131/136 attack drones. Defense forces destroyed all aerial targets.
