The Executive Committee has approved the dismantling of seven temporary structures in the Zavodskyi and Tsentralnyi districts. Summer terraces and trading kiosks that lack the necessary permits are to be removed.
The decision was adopted by the Executive Committee on 13 May, according to NikVesti.
Mykolaiv’s chief architect, Yevhen Poliakov, noted that the draft decisions concern the dismantling of temporary structures lacking the necessary permits, following a request from the district administration.
«The majority are located in the Zavodskyi district. The Zavodskyi district administration approached us regarding abandoned temporary structures that are in an unsanitary condition,» explained Yevhen Poliakov.
The structures to be dismantled include summer terraces on Heroes of Ukraine Avenue, near building №2, as well as retail kiosks: on Zakhysnykiv Mykolaieva Street at the junction with Tsentralnyi Avenue in the direction of the yacht club, and on Robocha Street at the junction with Vadym Blahovisnyi Street.
Kiosks on General Oleksa Almazov Street, near house No. 20, and on Sadova Street, 30, near the children’s clinic, will also be dismantled.
The kiosk with an outdoor seating area on Lazurna Street near the FOK, and the kiosk on Halyna Petrova Street, near house №6, are to be removed.
As a reminder, the executive committee also approved the demolition of two structures damaged by Russian shelling. These are a residential building and an administrative building, which have been deemed potentially hazardous.
