The attack by Shahed drones on Mykolaiv: council workers are clearing up the aftermath

On the night of 12 June, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv with Shahed-type strike drones. Staff from the municipal enterprise «ELU Avtodorig» are currently working at the site to clear up the aftermath of the shelling.

This is reported by a correspondent for NikVesti.

The company’s workers are clearing rubble and removing construction debris. The attack damaged private residential buildings and a car.

Police officers are also working at the scene — examining the scene of the incident, collecting and seizing material evidence, according to the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Mykolaiv region.

The police have also opened a case regarding yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation.

As is known, a married couple and their 18-year-old daughter were injured in the shelling. All have been hospitalised. As of this morning, the man is in a critical condition, whilst the women have sustained injuries of moderate severity.

Later, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim, reported that on the morning of 12 June, the Russians had again attacked Mykolaiv with Shahed drones. A man was injured and has been hospitalised. Buildings belonging to a transport company and vehicles were damaged.
