The road near the buildings on General Almazov Street in Mykolaiv is set to be repaired: another tender worth ₴1 million has been announced

The internal access road on General Oleksa Almazov Street (General Karpenko Street) running alongside buildings №59 and №63 in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv is set to be repaired. The estimated cost of the works is 1.07 million hryvnias. The access road near the neighbouring building has already been repaired.

This is stated in the Prozorro public procurement system.

The Zavodskyi District Administration announced a tender for the routine repair of the road on 2 October. Bids from contractors are being accepted until 18 October.

According to the tender documentation, contractors are required to repair the asphalt surface of the driveway and pavement over an area of 530 square metres, as well as replace kerbs and manhole covers. The work must be completed by 10 December.

Residents of General Almazov Street told NikVesti that around a month ago, the road surface near neighbouring buildings was repaired: there had previously been potholes there. The Zavodskyi District administration confirmed that the work had already been carried out along Building №53. They now intend to complete the repairs to the road near the neighbouring buildings.

The Zavodskyi District Administration stated in response to an information request that the list of works for 2026 includes the repair of the internal road along building №53 on General Oleksa Almazov Street. A tender for the repair of this 730-square-metre passageway is listed on the Prozorro procurement system. The estimated cost of the works was 2,071,487 hryvnias, including taxes.

On 3 August, the Zavodskyi District administration signed a contract worth 2,070,000 hryvnias, which is 1,487 hryvnias less than the estimated cost.

On 15 September, a supplementary agreement was signed, reducing the contract value by 6,214 hryvnias. The total cost of the works amounted to 2,063,785 hryvnias.

The contractor was «Commercial Enterprise «Blahoustrii»» LLC. According to YouControl, the company was registered on 28 May 2025 in Mykolaiv with a registered capital of 50,000 hryvnias.

Since 2025, the Zavodskyi District Administration has concluded 18 contracts with the company totalling 17.94 million hryvnias. The tenders concerned the repair of pavements and internal neighbourhood roads.

It should be noted that in the Zavodskyi District, internal neighbourhood roads on Dachna Street (nos. 11–13A) and Kurortna Street (nos. 10–12A) were completely renovated at a cost of almost 4 million hryvnias. The contract was awarded to the private enterprise «Charitable Foundation «Sovar Group»», owned by Serhiy Shulhach, a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council.

In the Inhulskyi district, a contract worth 5.2 million hryvnias was signed with the same company for the routine maintenance of the asphalt concrete surfacing between the buildings at 9 and 9-A Myru Avenue, 11 and along 1 Line Street, Nos. 42, 42-A and 44.

The Inhulskyi District administration is currently seeking a contractor to repair the road on Pivdenna Street alongside buildings Nos. 72, 74 and 76, and building №13 on Myru Avenue. Residents complain that taxis are reluctant to go there, and that it is impossible to drive through the potholes, especially in the rain.
