On Tuesday, November 19, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the country's internal «resilience plan» in the Verkhovna Rada, which includes 10 key points.

People's deputies from Holos party Yaroslav Zhelezniak and from «European Solidarity» Oleksii Honcharenko informed about this.

According to Oleksii Honcharenko, the «resilience plan» includes the following items:

  1. Unity
  2. Front
  3. Weapon
  4. Money
  5. Energy
  6. Security
  7. Communities
  8. Human capital
  9. Cultural sovereignty
  10. Politics of heroes

As Yaroslav Zhelezniak noted, the President emphasized that there will be no elections now.

«Ukraine first needs a fair peace, and then Ukrainians will hold fair elections,» said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The President also said that there will be no reduction in the mobilization age.

«Our state is not preparing to lower the mobilization age,» he said.

The President also announced that the Military Ombudsman and the Technological Rate will be introduced.

In addition, the Ministry of Unification of Ukraine will be created and a candidate for the minister will be presented by the end of the year. Also, by the end of the year, all vacancies of Ukrainian ambassadors will be filled and there will be replacements for G7 countries. Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the initiative to introduce a «cultural Ramstein».

The «veteran assistant» will also be introduced. 11,000 veterans support specialists next year. It is noted that the entire plan with applications will be presented in December.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Plan for Ukraine's victory in the war during the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on October 16, which includes five public points and several classified annexes. Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine's goal is to «change the circumstances so that Russia is forced to make peace.» He believes that the implementation of the plan can allow ending the war no later than next year.

  2. Military — increasing defense capabilities.
  3. Deployment of non-nuclear deterrents.
  4. Economic — recovery of the economy.
  5. Security — strategies for the post-war period.
