Zelenskyy will discuss with Erdogan the release of Ukrainian prisoners held by the Russian Federation

The President's Office revealed the details of Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Turkey, during which a meeting with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planned.

«During the visit, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss the topics of the Peace Formula, the organization of the Peace Summit, the safety of shipping in the Black Sea, global food stability, as well as the release of Ukrainian captives and political prisoners held by the Russian state,» it says in the message.

The OP noted that during the visit, attention will be focused on joint projects in the defense-industrial sphere.

«Zelenskyy will visit the shipyards where the construction of corvettes for the Navy of Ukraine continues, he will meet with representatives of Turkish defense companies,» the Office of the President noted.

We will remind you that the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine agreed with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey to continue the liberalization of freight transportation.
