8 state-owned objects were privatized in the Mykolaiv region: revenues to the budget exceeded the pre-war figure by 3 times

During 2023, the Office of the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine ensured the privatization of 8 state-owned objects in the Mykolaiv region.

Oleg Sokol, Deputy Chief of the Regional Office for Odesa and Mykolaiv Oblasts, told about this at the briefing, NikVesti reports.

Thanks to this, revenues to the budget amounted to 14 million 122 thousand hryvnias, which is three times higher than the level of revenues from the privatization of state property in the pre-war year 2021.

«It should be noted that in 2022, in connection with the military aggression, work on the privatization of state property of the Mykolaiv region was not carried out,» said Oleh Sokol.

Thus, the largest object that provided revenue to the budget is considered to be the recreation center Pearl in the village of Rybakivka. It was managed to be privatized for 6 million 260 thousand hryvnias, which is 3.2 times more than its starting price at the auction.

Oleh Sokol named the complex of buildings in Voznesensk as the second significant object, which was sold at the auction for 2 million 251 thousand hryvnias, which is 8.5 times higher than the starting price of the object.

We remind you that the Mykolaiv Regional Council included the building of the former children's infectious disease hospital in the list of privatization objects.

Thus, a private medical institution may appear on the site of the former regional children's infectious disease hospital in Mykolaiv. Anton Tabunshchyk, the deputy chairman of the regional council, reminded that the building has not been used since 2019 and is in a state of emergency. They decided to give it for privatization because a potential investor appeared.
