In Pervomaysk, the DCPLR wants to equip an electric boiler house for ₴12 million: they propose to take part of the funds from educators

In Pervomaysk, they plan to spend 12 million hryvnias on equipment for block-modular and electric boiler houses. There are not enough funds for the purchase, they must be redistributed from other directions.

According to the draft decision, deputies of the Pervomaysk City Council were offered permission to the management of communal property and land relations for the purchase of equipment and equipment for block-modular and electric boiler houses. The purchase price is 12 million 100 thousand hryvnias.

The Department of Communal Property and Land Relations has to buy this equipment from «Komunservis Teplo» LLC through Prozorro.

The city hall assured that «the purchase of the company's equipment, which is located in communal, educational and medical institutions of the community, will provide an opportunity to provide these institutions with an additional type of alternative heating, as well as reduce the burden on the community budget in paying for communal services at the company's tariff».

In order to collect the required amount, it was proposed to redistribute part of the funds from other directions. However, at the session held on October 13, the deputies refused the purchase.

During the discussion, deputy Volodymyr Boyko reminded that even during the previous terms of office, when the issue of installing electric heating in communal facilities was considered, one of the conditions was that «Komunservice Teplo» LLC operates the equipment for five years, after which it transfers it free of charge it is in the possession of the community. But this condition was not fulfilled.

However, the secretary of the city council, Serhii Bondarchuk, noted that the decision was made before he was elected to the position, so he cannot answer why it did not come into force.

Today, October 16, at 3:00 p.m., an extraordinary meeting of the session will take place. Deputies will again consider the possibility of purchasing equipment.

The day before, deputy Yevhen Dyrdin recorded a video message, noting that the heating season will not be interrupted without the purchase of electric boilers, and such issues should not be resolved in a hurry.

«At the session, they did not explain to us why the proposed property must be purchased for 12 million. In the projects of the solution, their inflated price is already 11 million. They never explained to us what they would do with the property. And the answer of the city's helmsmen was generally disconcerting: «Let's buy, and then we'll decide what to do next». Delusion», — said Yevhen Dyrdin.

He also believes that taking funds from education is a crime.

«Having spent more than 200 million hryvnias on roads and almost 100 million hryvnias on new and old water channels during the war. To take from educators from their salaries, children's food is at the level of a crime», — he is sure.
