Mykolaiv Housing and Сommunal Services Department is again looking for a contractor to repair the damaged building on Vokzalna

The Housing and Communal Services Department of the Mykolaiv City Council re-announced a tender for the repair of a damaged building at 61 Vokzalna Street.

This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti writes.

The previous time, due to the lack of offers, the auction had to be canceled.

The contractor must complete the repair works by December 11 this year for 7 million 712 thousand 214 hryvnias.

As previously reported, we are talking about replacing windows and doors, dismantling floor coverings, repairing walls and roofs, repairing balconies, and more. The contractor must also arrange a parking lot, install benches and bins.

We will remind that 40 million hryvnias were allocated from the Mykolaiv budget this year for the restoration of high-rise buildings damaged as a result of Russian shelling.

The first high-rise building damaged by shelling in Mykolaiv began to be restored at the expense of the city budget in July 2023. We are talking about a house on Krylov, which was hit by a Russian missile in the summer of 2022.

Subsequently, the Housing and Social Services Department announced tenders for the restoration of a five-story building in the center of Mykolaiv, which was destroyed by a Russian missile in the fall of 2022.

The city council also supported the allocation of funds from the budget of Mykolaiv for the technical inspection of private houses affected by the war.
