The Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of the Mykolaiv Oblast is going to spend 266.6 million hryvnias on additional bridge repair works on the highway R-81 «Kazanka — Snihurivka — R-47».
This is evidenced by the data of the public procurement system ProZorro, writes NikVesti.
By June 30, 2024, the contractor will have to complete preparatory work, earthworks, arrange transportation facilities (reinforced concrete pipes) and road surface, arrange roadside gutters, arrange sidewalks, footpaths, install road signs and traffic lights, arrange check-in pockets and waiting areas. It is about the repair of the section on 103+696 kilometers of the highway.
Prior to that, on December 30, 2022, the Reconstruction Service of the Mykolaiv region signed a contract for 186.8 million hryvnias with the company «Ukrtransmist» for the capital repair of this bridge without a competition. The procurement was carried out without the involvement of the electronic system and without the publication of the text of the contract, the warranty period and the estimate of the works.
The contractor — LLC «Ukrtransmist» — had until December 20, 2023 to carry out major repairs of the bridge on 103+696 kilometers of the highway R-81 «Kazanka — Snihurivka — R-47» with approaches.
At the same time, in May of this year, the Restoration Service also ordered for 66.2 thousand hryvnias the correction of the project documentation for the overhaul of the bridge, namely, it was about additional work on 62+782 kilometers. The procurement was carried out without involving the electronic system and without making public the text of the contract.
Later, a tender was announced for the repair of 54,878 meters of the R-81 highway in the area of the bridge for 102 million 906 thousand 843 hryvnias.
We will remind that Snihurivka was under Russian occupation. The city was liberated from the occupiers on November 10 last year, since then the infrastructure is gradually being restored, in particular the bridges destroyed during the hostilities.
It was previously reported that in 2023 they plan to overhaul two bridges near the de-occupied Snihurivka in the Mykolaiv region. The cost of the works is 300 million 792 thousand 500 hryvnias.
