Over 1,100 couples got married on Valentine's Day in Ukraine, the oldest groom was 83 years old

This year, on Valentine's Day, February 14, 1132 couples got married in Ukraine.

This was reported to the Ministry of Justice.

On February 14, there were many more people willing to get married than was planned. 537 applications were submitted yesterday, as during martial law military personnel get married on the day of application.

The oldest couple got married in the Dnipropetrovsk region: a 72-year-old bride and an 83-year-old groom.

A couple who have been living together for 25 years also got married in the Mykolaiv region. They filed an application back in January precisely on the date of February 14.
