In the Kobleve community, a perspective development plan until 2027 was created, where opportunities for the revival of the tourism industry in the region were prescribed.
The document was approved at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kobleve village council.
It is indicated that 241 recreation facilities are located in the resort zone of the community along the Black Sea coast: hotels, boarding houses, recreation centers, children's camps.
The community determined the direction in which tourism should be developed. They note that there are now all the prerequisites for the development of «green» tourism and tourist cycling and walking routes. They also want to develop sport fishing in the community.
«For the development of this direction, the community has a significant water fund with a total surface area of 5333.27 hectares, of which: Solonets-Tuzly lake — 800 hectares, Tuzly reservoir — 260.66 hectares, 7 ponds — 59.61 hectares, estuaries — 4,213 hectares, 7 streams with a total length of 62.5 kilometers within the community,» says the document.
They also plan to develop kite sports in the community. In 2023, a kitesurfing school was located on the territory of the village of Ukrainka near the Tylihul estuary, where experienced athletes and all willing beginners are trained.
In addition, there are Solonets-Tuzly lakes in the region with reserves of healing mud. They want to create a rehabilitation center there.
«As a result of numerous analyzes carried out by the Ukrainian Research Institute of Children's Spa and Physiotherapy, it was established that Solonets-Tuzly (dirt and salt found in it) has healing properties. The reservoir is included in the protected zone,» says the development plan.
The rehabilitation center is planned to be built on the basis of the two-story building of the Luhove School.
«To this end, the task «Development and arrangement of the tourist attraction «Na soli» on the territory of the natural reserve park «Biloberezhzhia Sviatoslav» Lake Solonets-Tuzly» has been added to the Plan of Actions for the Implementation of the Development Strategy of the Kobleve community,» the village council says.
The community plans to implement all plans by 2027.
In Kobleve, they reminded that the development of a mobile application Koblevo Resorts with access to information about services, locations and events in the region is planned. It is planned to be launched after the end of the war.
