Ukraine received 80 portable x-ray machines from the Korean government: some were sent to Mykolaiv

Ukraine received 80 portable X-ray machines from the Korean government. Mykolaiv hospitals will also receive the equipment.

This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Portable X-ray machines were provided to Ukraine as part of a donation of more than 2 million dollars from the Korean government. The new equipment allows X-ray diagnostics without being tied to a specific place.

«The device allows you to quickly and effectively diagnose injuries, fractures, splinter damage and other damage. It also enables doctors to quickly obtain high-quality images of internal organs and structures to determine the necessary medical interventions,» added the Ministry of Health.

The equipment is distributed for the needs of the medical field in the Donetsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv regions.

We will remind that in September Mykolaiv City Hospital №3 received a surgical X-ray machine from benefactors.

We will also remind that four hospitals of the Mykolaiv region received medical equipment, the purchase of which was financed by the Japanese government.
