Recovery reserve: 500 residents of Mykolaiv are ready to work as civil servants in the de-occupied territories

2,935 Ukrainians submitted applications to the personnel reserve for work in state bodies in territories liberated from occupation. Of them, 17.1%, approximately 500 people, chose the Mykolaiv region as a priority region for work.

This was reported in the Ministry of Reintegration.

It is noted that currently 2,721 people have already been enrolled in the personnel reserve. Most of them were men — 56%, women submitted — 44% of questionnaires.

Candidates mostly want to work in Crimea and Sevastopol — 75.5%, Donetsk region — 26.1%, Kherson region — 22.5% and Zaporizhzhia region — 22.3%, and Mykolaiv region became the fifth most popular.

Administrative management, state supervision and control, administration and provision of public services, prevention of corruption and personnel management were most often chosen among the desired areas of work.

The department reported that all those who wish can join the reserve of employees of state bodies to work in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine by registering on the website of the National Agency for Civil Service.

Earlier it was reported that there is a lack of workers in cultural institutions in the Mykolayiv region, and some rural libraries are in a state of emergency and without heating.
