Kherson received three more trucks and spare parts for them from Japan worth 114 million 712 thousand 170 yen (approximately 766 thousand 036 dollars).

On the website of the Kherson City Council, the order of the mayor Roman Mrochko regarding the acceptance of equipment into communal ownership has been published.

The city received specialized trucks and spare parts for them as international technical assistance from the Japan International Cooperation System as part of the emergency recovery program of Ukraine.

The order also created a commission for accepting equipment, which will be transferred to the balance sheet of the utility company «Parks of Kherson».

It should be noted that this is not the first batch of equipment from Japan that Kherson received. So, in September of this year, the «City Road Administration» received an asphalt paver. Before that, in July, the Kherson KP «Parks of Kherson» received two new trucks.

Thanks to international partners, Kherson has already received 14 units of equipment for the work of communal enterprises and improving the provision of services to the population.

As reported in KhMVA, the special equipment for communal utilities of the community is received as part of the international technical assistance program under the emergency recovery program (Phase 2) in accordance with the Grant Agreement between the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Government of Ukraine.

We will remind that four new anti-debris shelters were installed in the Kherson community, two of which are located near health care facilities.
