The repair of a 16-storey building on Serednia Street in Odesa, which was damaged by a Russian missile on 29 December 2023, is underway. So far, the reinforced concrete frame has been restored and monolithic work has been carried out.
According to the press service of the Odesa City Council, the building has sustained significant damage: external structures, partitions and load-bearing elements have been destroyed.

«As of today, work has been completed to restore the reinforced concrete frame of the building and monolithic work has been carried out. The most difficult stage has already been completed. Soon we will start the interior works», said Anatolii Rahulin, Director of «Stikon».
It should be noted that 42 million hryvnias was allocated from the city budget in 2024 for these works. Of this amount, seven million hryvnias were allocated to eliminate the consequences of the attack, and 35 million hryvnias were allocated for the reconstruction.

As a reminder, a residential building damaged by shelling by Russian troops on 20 July 2023 was repaired in Odesa on Kanatna Street.
