The Executive Committee has determined how kindergartens in Mykolaiv will operate during the summer

In Mykolaiv, the order of operation of kindergartens on duty during the summer holidays of teachers has been determined.

The relevant decision was made by the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council on 11 March, according to NikVesti.

Kindergartens will operate from 1 July to 20 August, said Hanna Lychko, head of the education department.

«Preschools will operate on duty on condition that they have shelter,» she said.

By 15 April, the city council's education department must determine which kindergartens will perform the functions of on-call facilities.

Kindergarten administrators must inform parents in advance of the list of on-call institutions, and parents must submit applications regarding their child's need to attend such an institution in the summer.

It should be noted that kindergartens in Mykolaiv operate from 1 September to 31 May, and in the summer, «preschool education institutions on duty may operate».

At the same time, the number of kindergartens operating in Mykolaiv has been increased to 43.
