The Radisnyi Sad Settlement Council has withdrawn from the group of founders of the municipal non-profit enterprise Multidisciplinary Hospital of the Vesniane and Radisnyi Sad Settlement Councils of the Mykolaiv District.

The relevant draft resolution was adopted during a council session, according to NikVesti.

According to the document, the community has transferred its share in the enterprise’s authorised capital to the communal ownership of the Vesniane Settlement Council free of charge. The community is also advised to ensure that amendments are made to the hospital’s founding documents and relevant registers should the decision be adopted.

In effect, the Radisnyi Sad community has now ceased its involvement in the management of the medical facility; its sole founder will be the Vesniane settlement council.

As a reminder, last year a conflict arose between the hospital and local residents in the Varvarivka neighbourhood. Ambulances and other vehicles were unable to reach the hospital due to residents’ parked cars.

Subsequently, it was decided to install a no-stopping sign at the entrance to the medical facility.
