Border guards in Bukovyna detained seven men who were accompanied by a local resident, who, according to the border guards, were planning to illegally cross the border with Romania.
This was reported in the State Border Service.
«In Bukovyna, border guards stopped two cars moving towards the border. The passengers turned out to be seven men, who were accompanied by a local resident, who was supposed to indicate a further route around the checkpoints. The «clients» paid from 5 to 10 thousand dollars for the trip,» the report says.
It is noted that administrative protocols were drawn up for border violators. In the process of further work, other persons involved in the scheme were also identified. A report was sent to the National Police about this fact.
We will remind, two residents of Transcarpathia are suspected of transporting conscripted men across the state border of Ukraine. They were detained while handing over money to the border guard. They are in custody.
