Law enforcement officers detained a 37-year-old immigrant from Mykolaiv, who is suspected of spreading fakes about the Defense Forces and praising Putin on social networks.
The woman also tried to «disrupt» the mobilization in Ukraine through the enemy IPSO and shook the social and political situation in the front-line areas of the south, the Security Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region reported.
According to law enforcement officers, the woman was detained near Odesa, she was hiding near the regional center under the guise of a migrant from the Mykolaiv region. According to the investigation, she was part of the «assets» of the banned «Sharii's Party» and cooperated with Russian intelligence.
As reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the woman was the administrator of a Telegram channel in which she distributed information with photos about the detailed addresses of Mykolaiv representatives of the TCC, «helping» men who evade military registration. Also, in March 2024, she published materials on the illegitimacy of the Ukrainian government, the devaluation of the military potential of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Defense Forces.
According to the investigation, before publishing the content, she agreed with a representative of the Russian special service. Also, the collaborator received from him a list of current topics that she had to «highlight». The woman received a «fee» from the Russians for her «work». During the search, a mobile phone and a computer with evidence of her activities were seized from her.
It is noted that the suspect also maintained contact with the Russians through her father and brother. Both of them left for Russia even before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and after the capture of the left bank of the Kherson region, they joined the local «branch» of the occupying Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The woman reported the suspicion in two parts:

Note: in accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subject to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
We will remind you that in June 2022, the Eighth Court of Appeal of Lviv banned the Sharii'i Party, but the political force decided to appeal this decision. In addition, in March, the National Security Council of Ukraine decided to suspend the activities of certain political parties, among them, in particular, the Sharia Party.
